International Day of Tolerance!
On November 16, the Day of Tolerance is celebrated. 25 years ago, 185 member states of UNESCO solemnly signed the Declaration of Principles on Tolerance.
It is constantly talked about and constantly demanded from all sides: tolerance.
For us at MCG, tolerance stands for, among other things:
* the basis of a peaceful and free society.
* treating all employees in the company equally, regardless of their origin and position.
* giving people who are different a chance.
* the realization of not being faultless oneself.
In this sense, we at MCG stand for respect, acceptance and tolerance. No matter what your appearance is like.
