For us, the focus is on people. We use our know-how to respond optimally and flexibly to the specific requirements of our employees and customers. To this end, we promote an open exchange with all those involved. Equality and treatment of all employees is a matter of great concern to us. That is why we are committed to ensuring that our employees have the same working conditions as our customers offer their permanent staff.

We aim to provide security and consistency to workers and customers through our staffing services. In doing so, we address the individual needs of our employees and develop solutions for the labor market challenges of our customers. We acknowledge a special responsibility: as an indispensable flexibility tool for the economy, as an employer committed to the integration and professional development of its employees, as a conscientious partner in bringing together labor and employees.

Since 2018, we have been a member of the Interessenverband Deutscher Zeitarbeitsunter- nehmen (iGZ), the employer association with the largest number of members among German personnel service providers. This means that we apply the iGZ-DGB collective wage agreement. The iGZ-DGB pay scale, which we have followed from the outset, puts temporary staffing on a solid footing. In some sectors of the economy, pay is increased by industry surcharges, which are laid down in separate collective agreements.

We have also committed ourselves to the iGZ Code of Ethics. The Code stands for serious, fair and respectful temporary employment, with a strong emphasis on corporate responsibility. The iGZ Code of Ethics focuses on sustainable quality assurance towards employees, customers and competitors and goes beyond the existing legal requirements.

Membership in the iGZ is seen by many stakeholders as equivalent to a seal of quality. At the same time, we are transparent. Our member association iGZ has set up an independent Contact and Conciliation Service (KuSS) that both employees and customers can turn to if there are any questions about the employment relationship.

Sustainability is an important issue for us. We see temporary employment as a market-based alternative to the Federal Employment Agency. As a personnel service provider, we ensure the sustainable integration of even difficult groups of employees. We are an indispensable labor market partner and contribute to the competitiveness of Germany as a business location.

As an HR supplier and thus part of supply chains, we pay particular attention to compliance with legal regulations and sustainable standards.

Together with our industry association iGZ, we plan to approach and document our CSR commitment in a structured manner in the future. In this first report, we make our CSR efforts transparent and work continuously on the further development of our activities as a sustainably oriented company and responsible employer.
