A question we are asked again and again from departments or HR departments:

"Should I hire candidates* who are "only" a 75% match for the job posting?"

Our opinion: Absolutely!!!

It's time to break new ground!
Is the missing 25% really a "must have"?

Perhaps the supposed deficits can also be eliminated through more intensive induction or short-term training and further education.

Therefore, remain open and flexible for new ways. A resume only documents the candidate's previous knowledge and skills. This does not mean that these cannot be expanded and extended in the future, quite the opposite.

And most of the time, we are positively surprised by candidates who are not the "eierlegende Wollmilchsau" on paper!
